For Charities
The funding is changing. Your evidence should get there first.
Funders increasingly ask the same questions: who shaped this work, what does your data show, and how do you know it reaches the people who need it most. Organisations that can answer win funding. Organisations that cannot are polite rejections. We build your answers.
How We Work
See, Shape, Sustain, applied to your organisation.
See: Where you actually stand. Your evidence, your data, your equality case, your gaps.
Shape: The fixes. Cohort definitions, involvement that is real rather than decorative, an equality impact assessment that changes the design instead of decorating it.
Sustain: Making it hold. Practices your team keeps running after we leave.

Mapping of the Terrain from £1,500, fixed fee
A rapid review of your funding readiness: evidence base, equality case, involvement, story. Deliverable: a written report of what holds, what fails, what to fix, in priority order.

Equality Impact Assessment from £2,500
A full EQIA of your programme or delivery model. This turns compliance wording into design decisions, and gives your funding applications evidence most competitors will not have.

Sprint from £8,000, 12 to 16 weeks
We work alongside your team to build the foundations: data, involvement, evidence, narrative. Built once, used in every application after.

Clinics £750 to £1,500
One focused session on one live problem. The fastest and cheapest way to start.
Pathways to Work
In September 2026 the DWP opens bidding on the Pathways to Work Innovation Fund: up to £60 million for new ways to support disabled people into work. Most bids will describe disabled people as beneficiaries and call that inclusion.
The panel includes disabled leaders who will spot the difference between a bid that involves disabled people and a bid written about them. We help you build the involvement, the evidence and the equality case before you write a word of the bid. Start with a clinic or an EqIA now, so September finds you ready.
