Funding Equity MOT, from £1,500, fixed fee, two weeks.
A structured review of one funding programme or your whole cycle. Deliverable: a written report of what holds, what excludes, and a prioritised change list your team can act on immediately.
Programme Equality Impact Assessment, from £2,500.
A full EQIA aligned with the Equality Act 2010, and with the Public Sector Equality Duty under section 149 where public money is involved. Deliverable: the assessment, the evidence base behind it, and board ready findings.
Grantee Support Partnership, from £1,200 a month.
You fund the support, your grantees use it: clinics, equality impact assessments and funding readiness work delivered directly to your portfolio, reported back to you in aggregate. Your money works twice: fairer practice inside your organisation, stronger organisations outside it.

Why Now
From September 2026, the DWP's Pathways to Work Innovation Fund, worth up to £60 million, pulls hundreds of civil society organisations into competitive bidding, many for the first time. The organisations with bid teams will be ready. The organisations closest to the communities you fund often will not be. Funders who act now decide which of those 2 groups their grantees sit in.
